Ingredients:
2 cups mixed fruits (such as sliced bananas, diced apples, grapes, berries, and cubed melons)
1 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Chopped nuts or Granola for topping (optional)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon (if using). Stir well until smooth and well combined.
Add the mixed fruits to the bowl and gently fold them into the creamy mixture until all the fruits are coated.
Taste and adjust the sweetness and add more milk if desires for creamier consistency.
Serve the creamy fruit salad immediately or refrigerate for a shirt time to allow the flavors to meld together.
